This Cross Member does not have a drain hold. The V Bend Drop style is intended to provide extra clearance for the boats hull to prevent impact during loading and unloading. This is a 3' x 3' V Bend Style Square Galvanized Cross member with a 3' Center Drop. The Stainless Steel U-Bolt 1/2 inch x 3 inch x 4 5/16 inch is typically the go to U-Bolt for mounting this product to your I-Beam frame. Having a structurally sound cross member is crucial to having a safe working boat trailer. Aluminum will never rust so you don't have to worry about the salt water corroding your frame anymore!
